Mince Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
 

  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 large eggs (beaten)
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 1 9 oz. package None Such® Classic Original Condensed Mincemeat crumbled

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray baking sheets generously with no-stick cooking spray. Combine oats, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add oil, eggs and water. Mix well. Stir in mincemeat.
  • DROP by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove from baking sheets. Cool on wire rack.

    These sound wonderful. My dad who is in his 80’s, loves both the prize cookies and oatmeal cookies. I’ll have to make them for him. Looks like I will need at least 6 boxes for the holidays next year!

    My grandma made the cookies for us when we were kids. She passed in n1989 at age 95. I am 87 and want to make them for my greats and grands, but can never find the condensed box mincemeat. I am so glad you will make it available again! I also prefer the box for pies. Thank you!!!~

        Well, Louise & Bonnie, I’m also 80 years young, My Mom always made her delicious Mince pies with NoneSuch and she added her own special flavors (extra minced fresh apple bits, a splash of Dad’s liquor, and a sprinkle of golden raisins or dried cranberries) I’ve continued this Tradition every Holiday meal, it just isn’t Christmas without NoneSuch! We all NEED our NoneSuch to continue our holiday traditions!
