I try to purchase multiple jars every season so I can have year round!(Raisen pie does in a pinch but )I so love mincemeat and the nostalgia it recreates to our family members!! When I serve guests the reply is always how good or I have not had in forever. I always add apple, chopped up sweet orange, one Tbsp flour, one egg, zest rind from one large orange, and perhaps more walnuts. My grandma’s favorite holiday make and I’m 68. So disappointing to find only one store in our area that had None Such!! But ‘stars’ for them and a few jars for me ’til next year!!! Thank you for your recipe site!
