jar None Such® Ready-to-Use Mincemeat
((Classic Original or Brandy and Rum))
Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 375°F
In a large mixer bowl, beat shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well.
COMBINE dry ingredients; gradually add to shortening mixture. Mix well.
STIR in mincemeat.
DROP by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets.
BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Makes about 6½ dozen.

For a more chewy cookie, substitute 1 (9-ounce) package None Such
®
