Welcome to None Such® Foods! We want you to love every jar of None Such® Mincemeat. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for both physical goods (our mincemeat jars) and digital items (our cookbook).
By purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
Return Window: Within 14 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery scan).
Eligible Items: Physical products that are unused and unopened, in their original packaging.
Not Eligible: Opened or used jars (due to food safety and perishability).
The bonus digital cookbook included with some orders is a complimentary gift download.
All digital downloads are free gifts and have no monetary value.
If you have trouble accessing the file, email support@nonesuchfoods.com and we’ll help you retrieve it.
Email support@nonesuchfoods.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
We’ll reply with return authorization and detailed instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit or incorrect.
You may use any carrier with tracking.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
We do not charge restocking fees.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the outer box, packing materials, and affected item(s).
We’ll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund (including shipping) — whichever you prefer.
